Refund policy

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At FaithHouse Collective, all our products are 
made to order especially for you. This means 
each item is printed and fulfilled only after 
your order is placed.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of 
placing it. After this window, your order will 
have entered production and cannot be cancelled.

We respond within 24 hours.

RETURNS
As all products are custom made to order we are 
unable to accept returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect 
item please contact us within 48 hours of 
delivery at faithhousecollective@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item

We will replace the item or issue a full refund 
at no cost to you.

REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued for:
- Orders cancelled within 12 hours
- Damaged or defective items confirmed by us

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 
business days to your original payment method.
